The spaces of the Boutique Hotel Oche Selvatiche are distributed as follows: at the entrance a fountain marks the beginning of the path of use which takes the guest to the first floor where the bright reception is located equipped with natural wood and cardboard furnishings, the restaurant open on three sides and overlooking a large panoramic terrace overlooking the Primero canal, two relaxation rooms, one with a fireplace and two of the 7 bedrooms the hotel is equipped with.
The precious stones, which are inspired by the natural world, give their name to the suites on the second floor and to the bedrooms of the structure: Diamond, Aquamarine, Jade, Pearl, Tourmaline, Amethyst and Celadon are also the colors that color some walls and the ceilings of the rooms equipped with large windows all overlooking the Primero Canal.
Also on the second floor, facing south and west, there is a solarium with an outdoor swimming pool, which becomes a privileged observation point for the rich fauna of this natural oasis (great variety of birds, herons, flamingos, roe deer) and in the evening hours of spectacular sunsets.
